Pay Scale of
Personal Assistant Post 2017
Pay scale for the post of Personal Assistant will be minimum
RS. 15600/- and the maximum salary will be RS.39100/- plus the grade pay for
this post will be RS. 5400/-
Age Limit for the
PE Post 2017
- The minimum age limit for the post of personal assistant will be 21 years and the maximum age limit this post will be 38 years on the age on the date of the publication of advertisement. The maximum age limit of 38 years shall not be applicable to the high court and government employees.
- Those candidates who will belong to schedule caste, backwards classed, schedule tribes etc. will get the relaxation of the 5 years.
Educational
qualification
Educational qualification for the post of the personal
assistant will be they should possess a university
degree. However, this condition of
university possess degree will be relaxed if the candidates is already working as lower grade stenographer
from the last 10 years or he is higher grade stenographer from last 8 years.
Candidates having total 10 years’ experience as Stenographer inclusive of the service of lower
grade or higher grade stenographer on high court or any other court or
government pledger.
He should have government commercial certificate or have
passed an examination conducted by the government board or I.T.I for the speed of 120 W.P.M. or above in English
shorthand and 50 w.p.m in English typing.
They should have certificate of computer about proficiency
in operation of word processor in Windows
and Linux in addition to M.S office, M.S word, wordstar-7 and open office
organization they should have done this courses from the NIIT, BOSTON, SSI,
APTECH,MS-CIT,DATEPRO, C-DAC,NIC, DOEACC, Goa state board of technical
education, universities establish under the Maharashtra Universities etc.
Selection Process For Personal Assistant Post:
The selection process
will be done the basis of the typing test and the viva voce. Firstly candidates
have to go from the typing test those candidates who will clear this test will
be eligible for the next round of the viva-voice which will depend upon their skills and knowledge. After
that those candidates who will clear this round will get this job.
