Eligibility
for Flying Branch
Educational
Qualifications: Applicants must have completed Graduation
(Minimum three year degree course) in any discipline from a recognised
University who have attained minimum 60% marks or equivalent have passed Maths
and Physics at 10+2 level or BE / B Tech degree (Four year course) or cleared Section A & B examination of Associate
Membership of Institute of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India
from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.
Age
limits: As per the authority norms minimum age will
be 20 years and maximum age will be 24 years.

Academic
Qualifications
For Aeronautical
Engineer (Electronics) {AE (L)}: Applicants with
minimum 60% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level and a minimum
of four year graduation / integrated post-graduation qualification in
Engineering / Technology from recognised University or cleared Sections A and B
examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical
Society of India or Graduate membership examination of the Institute of
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers by actual studies with a minimum of
60% marks.
For
Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical) {AE (M)}:
Candidates with minimum 60% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level
and a minimum of four year graduation / integrated post-graduation
qualification in Engineering / Technology from recognised University or cleared
Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of
Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India by actual studies with a
minimum of 60% marks.

age will be 26 years as per the rules and regulation of the authority.

60% marks.

authority Minimum height for Men -157.5 Cms, and for Women:-152 Cm.
Pay
scale: Flying Officers will be entitled to Pay in
Pay Band of ` 15,600 - 39,100 per month.

Officers are enabled to Equipped Housing, Complete
Medical Cover for self and children, Leave Travel Concession, Leave (60 days
Annual and 20 days Casual) subject to service exigency, the supply of entitled rations, canteen &
Officers ‘Mess facilities and much more.
And 50 Lakh Insurance Cover (on contribution) is applicable to serving
officers. Additional cover of 10 Lakh (on contribution) is applicable to Flying
Branch Officers.
Selection
procedure: Firstly candidates will be shortlisted
on the basis of the AFCAT test and after that,
they will be called for further testing. The complete
process is mentioned below.
Stage-I: Test consisting of Intelligence Test along with other tests will
be conducted on the first. Stage-I test is a screening test and only those who
qualify would undergo subsequent testing.
All Stage-I qualified candidates would be
subjected to document check to ascertain their eligibility for the branches
applied for. Those candidates who either do not qualify for Stage-I testing or do not meet the required eligibility
criteria would be sent back on the first day itself.
Stage-II: testing consisting of the Psychological
Test, Group Tests and Interview will be
conducted on subsequent days (Five Days).
For Flying
Branch: CPSS (Computerised Pilot Selection System)
and / PABT would be administered to eligible candidates.

- Now you have to fill the application form correctly.
- After completing your exam click on the submit button.
